Next time put the tallow (after it’s strained from the fat) into boiling water to “clean” it, let it cool, do it again. you do that 3-4 times and it takes out all of the beef smell

isn't beef Talon something you could use as frying oil. it's much more healthier than any other of the process oils that we use. those processed oils are literally killing us people don't realize that

It’s supposed to be kidney fat aka (suet) after rendered it tends to not hold a heavy smell. Other fat will smell more beefy 🤭
