Body dysmorphia is real. I’ve always been a bigger girl, but when I was at my smallest, I didn’t even realize!! Now im bigger than I was before. Weight loss is such a challenge but keep going!!! We’re our worst enemy!🩷🩷

Use measurements! I promise. I am 6'2 and I have lost 41lbs. I couldn't see much change on my body. But I did my measurements today and I have gone down 17.5 inches all over my body. But I too notice a big difference in your two videos. Just keep doing your thing!

Queen I see it! But to be fair I have never noticed my loss till I looked back on the videos and pictures. And sometimes now. I don’t see any changes. It takes a while for our brains to catch up because we are used to seeing the old version. However I’ve followed you since the beginning so I can tell. 🥰
