my father was a bus driver for special Ed kids and he saw how left out the kids were socially... hew went out into the community and asked for donations to take "his kids" to pizza hut... the school wouldn't approve it so he had to ask each parent individually... many showed up and the kids were so excited to see other outside of school... when my nephew played for varsity football, him and other players showed up, and this also made the kids so happy...I hope you're kids get more of this type of interaction
