Born and raised in Orlando (West side). This is fine for a single man with no kids and work majority of the time. Not safe for single moms or kids! But you gotta do what you gotta do! And that area has a bad reputation of building catching on fire (mainly on Texas Ave) and they do not help out those families! Just keep that in mind! But no judgement for those who can afford this! It’s a roof over your head at the end of the day.

in 2022 37 cars had their catalytic converter stolen from that complex. the only good thing about that area is China Hot. but you're in danger in that area.
