60k increased. No one in their right mind will pay that amount of money for my home. If I try to sell my home today, I will get around 100K less than the city assessment. it is ridiculous

the city says mobile homes go up in value, yet when you get insurance they say the opposite, and say mobile homes are like cars, they depreciated. how can it be both ways???

It is impossible to win against the tax department. I won twice against them and after each year it was even higher. System is compromised
