I believe I have proven that you can raise good kids without spanking, hitting, threatening, and fear. I’m not perfect. Neither are they. I love this!! As someone who went thru childhood trauma, a lot of people don't realize the damage they are doing to their children. It can & often does have a lasting impact. I also took part in DBT therapy for years, I wish they would/could teach the skills to kids in high school. They are just good life skills everyone can use but especially the emotion regulation piece.
