This is so weird but there is a hardware store near my house that also sells a bunch of jarred pickles/pickled onions/peppers, sauces, etc (they also have unique chocolate, a million different BBQ rubs, and locally made/old fashioned sodas, it’s so cool) and I found a dill mustard I think you’d love 😋
