Get your hormones checked by obgyn. I didn’t get my period till I was 15 and started perimenopause at 33. Never had kids. I had all these symptoms and when my obg did tests it showed hormones

High cortisol levels — L-theanine, magnesium, and tart cherry juice. Cut down on caffeine (especially not on an empty stomach), cut down on HIIT workouts (heated as well) because they mess with your thyroid and heighten cortisol as well. Slow workouts, but powerful ones. It sounds a bit like an estrogen deficiency, so also go to the doctor and get your thyroid checked with a blood test and you will see your levels!
