Town and city are actually hiring many good auditors to test there police to see if there new training are actually working if the police are back just still using bullying tactics or they actually serving the public right but again two cops with gun next to one man with a camera and still this man ask for permission but this bad cop is still so afraid of the people he is serving he is in the wrong business and doesn’t have the right attitude to be a civil servant he joined to terrorize a bully and it’s important to test are officers and make sure that we have great officers to represent are city men like this cop just because he has no faith in his training and still has no faith in his fellow officers he treats citizens like this they are paid to serve all citizens in these communities properly and because lack of education and lack of training should not be the reason to keep this cop in this department there are millions of great police officers graduating from the police academy every year and can’t get into certain departments because they are in department and staying in these departments because there sergeant are not checking up on them and making sure they are doing the best they can for the city the best thing is to properly catch them in the act and be able to train them properly before they make big mistake and cost the city big money because of bad cops that Sargent could of tested and have them corrected and put on the right path to represent there community
