Yup great advice. Im a single mum of 3 kids. Got me a house i can afford and its wayy cheaper than renting. Kicked bad habits, paid down debt and pumped up my kiwisaver and moved my kiwisaver to a proper provider.

yep, we're working with a mortgage broker and are cleaning up old debts. Our plan is buy August this year, we have clean accounts, solid savings, because we have the income, we have the deposit we just had shitty spending habits (because we were just spending as we like) and didn't know the criteria. But now, we have a goal in mind and are dedicated! Can't wait.
