May Allah keep us firm upon the diin and never let our hearts deviate from His remembrance. That will be a great loss. But those whose hearts are tied to the dunya reduce every day the aya to material success, insisting you must do X, Y, and Z for Allah to change your condition,if not you will still remain poor.blablabla. So do Allah really need us to growth in faith or material things. The Effort should be focused more on seeking material needs to avoid poverty, or should it be on struggling with our soul so that Allah does not let our hearts go astray? by punishing us(May Allah protect us from his punishement) Even Surah 16, verse 112 is a clear example that invites deep reflection. Allah knows best.
