Among the many restaurants and ryokan in the area, this place is a hidden gem that truly satisfies crab lovers. This time, we chose a luxurious course that included a whole crab, female Seiko crab, and even crab shabu-shabu. One of the highlights is the performance where the head chef skillfully prepares the crab right in front of you. The chef personally selects the freshest ingredients and serves them in the best possible way — no wonder the place is filled with repeat customers and fully booked during crab season! They even offer experiences like ocean fishing, making it a perfect trip with friends or family. Seafood from the Sea of Japan is truly top-notch. You should definitely visit at least once in your life! #japanesefood #福井グルメ
