Turning a simple arrest into a felony she probably wouldn't have even seen the inside of a jail cell, she would have been processed and released then she could have fought it in court, now she shes definitely going to jail for quite a while.

The local police enforce policies, the policy was don’t be in the park after dark. So you don’t sign a ticket that’s grounds to be arrested. Ticket is not an admission of guilt, it’s putting you on notice for court appearances. Cops that are institutionalized to work for the incorporated communities, the corporation is being dissolved 👍🏼
