Mehhhh. I have it and it don’t do anything like that. It’s way too wet. Settles into every crevice in my eyes and it takes way to long to dry down to put more so you can get ANY pay off. I guess I should’ve known better than to listen to a bunch of people saying this, but I fell for it. Kind of a waste.. I have to mix it with concealer.

I like Dr. Melaxin has some really good products at prices that are we can afford and I feel are not over priced so many products now have gotten ridiculously expensive for the amount of product you get! Hey pookie, so two things can be true at once. This product does have skin care properties in it like an eye cream, BUT it’s also concealer. It has pigment and conceals the appearance of dark spots. Just because it’s makeup, doesn’t mean it’s not also skincare and vice versa. Like how a tinted sunscreen is ALSO makeup. It’s a sunscreen, yes, but it still has makeup pigment that provides light coverage. Same goes for any lip balm or serum with color in it.
