Most asked question is: Where do I get enough protein and do I take any supplements?
I’m not counting anything (I’m more like an intuitive eater) but I make sure I mix different protein sources in every meal😇
My favorite vegan protein sources:
Tofu, tempeh, soy granules (textured soy protein, quinoa, edamame, hemp seeds, chia seeds, nutritional yeast, lentils, chickpeas, beans, peas, nuts (almonds, peanuts), seeds (pumpkin, sunflower), buckwheat, amaranth, nut butters, oats etc. 💚🌱
Supplements I take: Vitamin D (since I live in Finland and we don't see the sun for 6 months a year 😅), B12, and magnesium. I only use vegan protein powder for my Sunday pancakes!🥞🍓
