The city has too much money they stole from tax payers to do this. And he was recycling too isn’t that what the green piece wants? He was reserving water for other people by collecting they needed it for drinking water and stuff that came from the city and they had a low year doing that made more water available for people you should get a tax credit for it not be fine

Water cannot be on by anybody it is given to you because you were born upon this land now if you polluted the community that this water serves our person that it serves must clean it up better than it was before you used it so there will always be clean water, even if it bankrupts the company or person that polluted
