I used a grain bag and it did nothing. do you think I could use the same bag with another syringe or toss it?

I use capri sun pacific cooler as my lc culture.. sterilize your jars dump the pacific coolers in the jar I like to use the small pint jars fill them half way then squeeze my spore syringe in the capri sun then let it sit in a cool dark spot and let them make more spores
