@qiacooks: Samosa chaat 🥗 Ramadan recipes Recipe for samosa chaat- Ingredients for samosa chaat- For the chana- -2 cans of chana -1 onion, with 1/2 tbsp zeera, sauté until slightly golden -add 2 mined garlic cloves, stir for 30seconds -for the spices -1 tbsp chana masala 1 tbsp paprika 1/2 tbsp turmeric 1/2 tbsp basaar 1/2 tbsp methi 1/2 thsp coriander powder 1/2 TEASPOON salt (or to your taste) - cook the spices for a few mins with a splash of water -add 1 tomatoe, cook for around 5 mins on medium gas, until soft - scoop everything and add 3 tbsp of chana, blend this well with a splash of water - add the mixture to the pan, and add the remainder whole chana -once how, allow to cook on a low gas with a lid on for 10mins. -garnish with fresh cornader and chilli For the imli sauce - -2 tbsp tamarind sauce - 1/2 tbsp kethup - 3 tbsp water (Double quantities for more sauce) For the sweet yogurt sauce- - 3 tbsp yogurt -1/2 tbsp caster sugar -4 tbsp water (Double quantities for more sauce) -layer up your samosa chaat, Samosa, chana, cucumber, onion, sauces, pomegranate for decoration, Bombay mix for decoration - enjoy the last delicious samosa chaat👌 #samosachaat #samosachaatrecipe #chaat #chaatrecipe
