I’ve been a type 1 diabetic for 30 years. You have no idea how many times people get diabetes stuff confused, INCLUDING MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS!!! Most won’t even touch your pump because they say they don’t know how to use it and they’re always coming out with new ones so why even bother trying to learn it (almost word for word what a DOCTOR told me). Idk when this came out but if he has a pump he more than likely has a CGM (continuous glucose monitor) so all you’d have to do is look on his phone or pump. Honestly if both were working great this isn’t supposed to happen. Anywho the sweet smelling breath… I was always told it was a sweet and garlic smell (and not just me having bad breath lol). Like I know how funny your videos are, but at least they aren’t pros. What kills me are the things professionals have told me. Like when I came to the ER during to my pump malfunctioning and all the doctor did was give me fluids through an IV. To bring my levels down. My sugars were so high the CGM couldn’t read it. When I asked him to give me insulin HE REFUSED AT FIRST. He made me wait 8 hours to get insulin, did the fluids work? HELL NO!!! Almost every idiot knows diabetics need insulin when their levels are high!!! Sorry for the venting, I agree how frustrating it is to watch medical shows because I would have said the same things you are
