So you do pre brewing physically yourself? by turn the extraction on and off? I don't think it's pre infusion cause this been done automatically only if the machin connect to the water line

Pre infusion. But it looks to me either coffee is not so fresh or not enough tamping. First seconds kinda rush out and not slowly build it
