Baking soda is very abrasive to your teeth it’s like using sand paper to clean your teeth, over time it makes your teeth sensitive, over he counter whitening such as white strips or professional whitening by your dentists are better options. You not doing it everyday and mixing it with sensodyne is probably the reason your are not sensitive but it could damage the enamel by time. Few of OTC or professional ones by dentists have hydrogen peroxide as their main ingredient and does work well but could also cause sensitivities
