y'all need to realize that the workers for Verizon is VERY different from the people who OPERATE Verizon. why y'all mad at the workers (saw some comments mentioning going to a Verizon store and getting upset at the employees for not being able to do anything) my dad works at Verizon as a multi store manager. (for 27+ years) Verizon (stores and the ooperators) didn't even have service themselves (to be able to call or contact. no communication was able to be given both parties), nor were they able to connect to anyones accounts at all. they literally were stuck to do nothing
