I had something similar - well creepy old coworker. He was my father‘s age and treated me like his daughter. I worked with him for a year and a half, and then I found out that he had feelings for me. I also found out that he was bipolar and schizophrenic. I was a little baby at that point in time at 22 and had no idea what to do. I brought it up to my HR department And they gave him papers and a slap on the wrist and that was it - even brought a gun to work at one point. They finally fired him because he came to work wasted. It’s a jungle out there. Woof.
