Isn’t motiva classified as smooth shell implant? It’s 4 micros vs allergen textured implant that have 75 micros. The motiva is much closer to smooth and doesn’t cause the as much inflammation therefore much lower CC rate.

Just so everyone knows the motiva implants he’s referencing are 4 microns and closer to a smooth implant than a textured one that is for ex, 75 microns. Motivas have had ZERO cases of the lymphoma that was associated with textured implants. Motiva has been in use for the last 15 years. I am not saying it can’t happen just saying this is the current data.
