Well you put in syrup. Of course it’s gonna get thick. Regular coffee or milk won’t do that 🤦🏻♂️

I had that exact frother. Loved it. After only one charge the stupid thing stayed on and would not turn off after use. I had to let it run till it stopped. Never had that experience with a frother. I paid too much for it to try again and I was past the 30 days so Amazon wouldn’t take it back. Does TT have a better return policy? New owners and all I don’t feel trusting
