While waiting for denial or approval of PGWP you had “implied status” that allowed you to work ? So when applying for a PGWP you can work while waiting for approval?

I became a Permanent Resident in Canada through a series of steps! I came to Canada on a study permit, then applied for a PGWP, and then I applied for permanent residency after getting an invitation to apply! What details would you like me to get into? 😊
