Just me :
Same molecule as butter I can see but the nutritional value of what's found in real butter doesn't come from molecules. Therefore NOT equivalent and not smart to eat and consume.

Isn’t this just like the same relationship with butter as margarine in that it’s not butter but it’s chemically the same but it’s not the fatty acids that make butter what it is it’s the additional stuff that goes into it that gives its flavour

This sounds really promising but there are a couple of things that worry me: Butter generslly imparts it's flavor from residual milk solids and aromatic compounds it contains. Are we emulating those too (which is probably possible, to be honest) or is it just pure fat? These things really do make a difference (that's why fancy butter has more depth taste-wise). Something also of note would be emulating cultured butter flavors. If they can emulate that well with a good price this could genuinely disrupt the dairy industry hahahaha
