Ginger & Daikon Hot Pot | Serves 2 (Ingredients) ・Chicken thigh: 250g ・Napa cabbage: 250g ・Carrot: 50g ・Mushrooms: 50g ・Daikon radish: 300g ・Ginger: 40g Soup ・Water: 500ml ・Dashi powder: 2 tsp ・Soy sauce: 2 tbsp ・Sake: 1 tbsp Optional ・Green onions ・Shichimi chili pepper (Instructions) 1. Add soup ingredients to a pot. 2. Add chicken and vegetables. 3. Simmer 10 min. 4. Lower heat, add grated ginger & daikon. 5. Add julienned ginger, heat briefly.
