As a former Union Official representing 1000's of nurses and techs at a large hospital, you responded beautifully. As a staff rep., this is the type of situation that a Union official could have easily resolved to your benefit. That being said, as you're well aware, nurses with your qualifications are in such high demand that you can get a job anywhere. Peace out, yo!

I got lied on by two yt coworkers on a Sunday. Filled out an app at another place on Monday, interviewed on Wednesday, got hired on Thursday and quit that job on Friday. It can take my excellence elsewhere.

Black CRNA here. Was previously in leadership. People reported me for being too “direct”. All of the surgeons requested to have me in their room. The YT girlies did not like me having less experience, being more favored by the surgeons and anesthesiologists, and leading them. I exited left BUT I stayed per diem and STILL work their nerve until this very day.

and this is exactly why I have the auto record button on my phone! tap tha mf x2 and it starts voice recording without any noticing I am recording! I tell all my nurse friends to set their phones up like that cause ppl play too much with other ppls job.
