@foggy: My cats make so much noise. I had struggles with sleep headphones (and most ear plugs) falling out of my ears during the night, so I got custom molded reusable sleep ear plugs! They are my most prized possession.

I give my hands a massage with lotion before bed most nights. Using the same scents helps trigger my brain into that “wind down” time, it’s calming, and moisturizing!

I am the snorer in the relationship I got a sleep study and I got my cpap machine and it’s changed my life! There’s a little app that goes with it and gives me a sleep score it’s like a fun little game but also really restful sleep!
