@cpap_sleep_coach: CPAP isn’t instant relief — and that doesn’t mean it’s not working. For most people, the first weeks are about adaptation, not transformation. Your brain is learning to sleep with airflow. Your body is repairing years of fragmented sleep. Better mornings often show up gradually, not overnight. Stay the course. Healing sleep takes time. #newtocpap #cpapsupport #cpaplife #cpapsleepcoach #cpapjourney
I’m still new. For some reason I take it off an hour or so after I fall asleep. I don’t ever remember doing it.

it's so hard. 😭 I'm on week 3. I'm breathing at night but I'm not sleeping. I HATE having anything on my face and head so I'm really struggling.

as for me, I learned that I needed to pressure my Dr to allow the recommendations the Resmed tech said should be changed. since that pressure change, things have started improving.

No Thank You :
I adapted *immediately* but 10 months later I'm still exhausted. I LOVE my machine and am aware I sleep better, but when will my energy and brain come back?

Glad Ive seen this video. I start a week ago and I doing great wirh it. Sleeping through the night but still not feeling rested when I wake up. Plus I have severe sleep apnea my test said I had 81 breathing events an hour and my oxygen level drop to the 50 percent. So I figured it may take me awhile to get my body use to sleeping right.

In your experience how long does it take to feel the benefits of cpap? I have experience everything you mentioned. Thank you for this reassurance. I also have sinus issues which makes it more difficult to get use to my mask.

I can only get 3 or 4 hours and I wake up with terrible dry mouth and by the the time I put my mask back on and get adjusted I'm wide awake. I'm exhausted.
