I can attest to this. When I started letting go of control and surrendering to God, my inner peace, thoughts and overthinking has stopped. I just had this knowing God would handle it and he did, I can promise you’ll start seeing heaven in your life, once you surrender everything to God. Fasting is also the perfect way to be alignment with both God. You will be amazed at how transformative it is.

Not 100% true can be a result of a disregulated nervous system due to trauma. Not all anxiety is about control. I had panic attacks because mold disregulated my nervous system I had no idea what was going on until I found out I had mold toxicity.
