The ONLY reason they are permitted to pull you out of the car is if the Officer Fears for their SAFETY… not for “no reason or any reason” So when they ask you out of the car confirm it with them… “I’m sorry officer are you afraid of me? Do I make you concerned for your safety?” If they say anything but yes it’s a 4th amendment violation
