It does sound crazy, I know! It felt completely absurd ordering, BUT! I understand and I respect🙏🏾 It's easily the best crab omelette in the world and after the unexpected and perhaps unwanted overnight popularity, this location has been somewhat of a monumental stop for any foodie visiting Bangkok. The location stayed unchanged, except many 'no photo' signs and a huge corridor in front of Chef's working area with intention to stop people from coming close to close to fire with their cameras. Also, this woman works her own wok alone! She, herself makes every meal. She works full shifts over 400℃ blazing fire.
