@the_bran_cave: This is the first ever Black Star Promo, 1/53, Pikachu! Wizards of the Coast, often called WotC, was the original Pokémon card publisher, printing every English set from Base Set in 1999 through Skyridge in 2003. During that era, they released 53 Black Star Promos, special cards that were never sold in packs and could only be obtained through events, movies, magazines, magazines, and tournaments. In this series, I will be breaking down the history, distribution, and rare variants of every WotC promo. Follow along to build the master set! #pokemon #pokemont #pokemoncollector #wotpokemon
