girl just hit the gym hard. count the calories you burn. then just eat lean proteins and lighten up your carbs. stay with a high protein and vegetable diet. you don't need to count your calories if you burn a days worth of caloritic intake. stay disciplined keep going to the gym even the days you don't feel like it. most gym liptical trainers and exercise bikes tell you how many calories you burned. ride a bike or liptical trainer for 2=3 hrs everyday you workout. Just ride it until you burn 2000 calories. work your way up to 3000 and you can eat bout anything you want.. drink alot of water and just feel good

Sabrina 🥰just eat the way you normally do love ❤️. It hard to understand you with that background noise lol 😂. You normally just eat your own way. Don’t count calories love ❤️you will end up destroying your body love. You’ll loose weight easily but with the heat in Australia it’s a lot different than America love.
