I literally just left Verizon on the 9th because I was fed up with Verizon. horrible customer service and even during a major outage they are still no help. Verizon needs to be investigated. they pulled some illegal junk when I was with them

I lost all home internet services. some friends were put on sos mode. wife was unable to do her work due to lost of service. Will Verizon recoup her lost wages for this, probably not. we didnt get service back til 10pm!!
