Anastrophe :
The whole "hands out of your pockets for officer safety" is so ridiculous. Here comes a guy with a glock in a holster, cuffs, taser, pepper spray, multiple magazines, a baton, but HE doesn't feel safe. Then lies that it's a lawful order.

When are these cops going to realize there is no such thing as officer safety. I’m shocked he went along, he would have had an easy lawsuit.

Despite the 1st ammendment, this is abusing its verbiage. There is zero reasonable motive to film the outside of a bank. Only to get a rise out of ppl

It’s actually not a lawful order to keep your hands out of your pockets and the threat of a terry search is also unlawful because he already admitted what you’re doing is legal so he does not have RAS to detain you which is a prerequisite for a terry search.
