Mozzarella cheese place in freezer take out of freezer cut while still frozen and do the same process place into air fryer Cook accordingly nice

Let me tell you that if you like pretzals you can save your favorite flavor and make them into bread crumbs for stuff like this or for chicken etc.

SEASON Your Breadcrumbs❣️I would even season the egg wash. Watch the salt, but Oregano, Garlic, & cracked Black pepper at least. For a smoked flavor, smoked Paprika, Garlic, a drop or 2 Liquid Smoke in the egg wash, or I prefer Worcestershire sauce (low salt). 😋
