I was given a tip for reading a large book like that. Get the book second hand so you don’t feel too bad for doing it. Take the book and split it into manageable sections. That way you don’t have to carry the whole book, only the section you’re working on.

I got it on my iPad lol. If you use an iPad you can still annotate the book. If you have an Apple Pencil it’s even better because you can just write your annotations on the screen.
