wait, if its public water supply, then its for public use and the public can take from the supply to use, which he did. if it belongs to the state, then any damage cause by rain water is the state's fault. i doubt that would stick but absurd laws deserve absurd interpretations

if i was that man and lost that case I'd then counter sue for every Single Peice of damage that rain has done to my property, including plant damage. if you want to claim the rain as yours then you'll also have to claim for the damage it does too.

This happened in 2012. He built 15 ft dams to hold the water and keep it from flowing into a nearby creek. You can collect it from your gutters and driveway. Just posting the facts of the case I'm on his side.
