Hey! Have you also asked about the coast guard? Navigational channels cannot be impeded on and the coast guard does have say. Work I do involves permits for water activities and some of the structures need coast guard approval if it blocks navigation.

I know you’ve exhausted all your local options. Make sure it violates any navigable waterway laws and write a complaint to the state attorney general with a summary of your concerns, cite the laws, and explain how all local and regional remedies have failed you.

I literally hate your neighbor for you. She should be required to at least put some bright tape on it. The low power lines here have red balls on them for pilots to see. She should be required to that. Maybe take that angle with whatever organization.

While I would probably feel similarly, by allowing their actions to continually run through your head you give them a victory they don’t deserve. Additionally it is not good for your own psychological wellbeing. Just an opinion, good luck.
