Being in a traumatic long term relationship with a narcissist and going through an awakening from it , then studying it .. has Truely made me stronger than iv ever felt before .. I spot red flags instantly .. n know how to handle situations with them in the right way rather then absorbing n losing myself in the process .. its Truely bitter sweet but it’s quite empowering

Yes, I literally don't care what he says about me. All the important people in my life don't believe him. The ones that do are just irrelevant to me now and they've been cut out as well. Blocked, door bolted and I'm starting to love life again 🙏🦋
