Ingredients • 1/2 cup Oil • 1 onion, chopped • 2 tomatoes, chopped • 1 tablespoon tomato puree • Salt, according to taste • 1 tablespoon black pepper • 1 cup boiled red beans • ½ cup red bean water • 3 eggs Method of Preparation 1. Heat oil in a pot. 2. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden. 3. Add chopped tomatoes and tomato puree. 4. Add salt and black pepper, then sauté well. 5. Add ½ cup red bean water, mix and cook until it dries, then fry. 6. Add 1 cup boiled red beans and fry until the oil separates. (Do not mash) 7. Add 3 eggs on top. 8. Cover with a lid and cook for 3 minutes. 9. Remove the lid and sprinkle black pepper over the eggs. #redbeans #lobia #shakshuka #viral #foryoupage❤️❤️
