I made this today. I followed your recipe in the link. [adding the baking powder & vanilla] I put walnuts on top. Then topped with powdered sugar when cooled. It needed the dusting of that powdered sugar. As it was lacking a bit. I used Stevia so....Idk. 🤔 Anyway, pretty darn good. I baked it for 25min. More cake-like. And the Texture was perfect. I just so happen to have an avacado going bad. I would def make it again. It kept me away from my bag of Dove Dark Chocolates!

One avocado, quarter cup of maple syrup, half cup of cocoa powder, pinch of salt, dash of vanilla, eighth of a cup of almond milk. Blend and it is seriously good pudding.

Just No. It tastes like a chocolate avocado in cake/brownie form. It’s a shame too. It’s a very soft cake that has Such a promising texture yet again, tastes like chocolate avocado.
