It’s sucks actually .. so my avoidant did not answer my last text. It took literally two weeks and a half then she responded yesterday with letting me know that her brother and I was concerned I asked her I’m sorry it must be hard. When did this happen? She told me when asked me if I was working I answered said no then I called her, but she didn’t answer. I waited and she sends me a text saying that she was at her parents on her way to see her daughter and then I called her again and she didn’t answer. I did message her hours later saying I hope you know I’m here for you and that was it. She read my text the next day and that was all to it. What should I do?

I ended it. But it was because it became apparent after 2.5 years she was never going to move forward into a full life with me as she had been promising from the beginning. She did not want to loose me, but she can’t do it

You can truly show up for them, and reciprocate. It doesn’t matter if you regulate your emotions well and are a good partner. They can still start conflict that is removed from reality and discard you. They hate to see you carry all the baggage and beat them to the top of the mountain.
