As a former lifeguard all this fabric in colors that are hi vis underwater makes your kiddo much easier to spot- don't get blue!

I don't have anything, agents modest. My question is, how does it do in the water? They are for little kids who may not be great swimmers. What happens if they get into an emergency and need to swim? Is it going to cause bad drag? And people are going to say well you shouldn't put your kid into that sort of situation, im not a parent, but I am a lifeguard, and I know that those situations still happen.
