@warishta: Holiday season in Paris, Amsterdam, Florence, and Rome was a lot calmer than I anticipated. The streets weren't as busy and the weather wasn't as cold - allowing us to take in neighborhoods, gardens, and walks along each city's riverfront at our leisure.
