To me a $5 slice and $1.50 slice are usually worth the same value. $5 is good but a ripoff, $1.50 is cheap but usually lower quality. The sweet spot is a high quality $3 slice. They still exist and im done with the trendy $5 slice

I don't understand the $5 price hate. I believe in quality over quantity, so if it tastes better than a $1 pizza, I'll gladly pay $5. $1 slice always gives me stomach issues

No. About $3 tops. more expensive does not make it better. there is a limit on how good a pizza slice could be and that limit can still be at about $3-4

If a slice is great, I will pay $5 and be happy about it as opposed to eating a lousy $3.50-&4.50 slice. Of course there nothing better than a fantastic $3.50 slice and there are plenty of places in the boroughs that have them so in the end I don’t have to go to the $5.00 slices. I probably lost everybody with that answer.
