Just a heads up: Raynaud’s can be linked to other issues (arthritis, etc.). I have it too, and my rheumatologist suggested vitamin C + D during winter and it helped me SO much. Trust me, check your vitamin D levels!

thanks. i get a little bump in my finger and a few painful lil spots and was wondering if it was raynauds. i was diagnosed 30yrs ago and never asked a doctor about its again. now i know! thanks
